After lubricating all parts I could think of to make our garage door quieter, nothing seemed to work. When I explained the issue of how ridiculously loud our garage door was and how the spring was screeching like crazy, they worked with us to schedule and fix our garage door same day. All it took was tightening screws and lubricating certain parts, and it is SO much quieter. Highly recommend them.
